Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment and Procurement Specialist to join our team in Pune and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Procurement modules with a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions that optimize business processes. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and support of Oracle Fusion applications.
Key Responsibilities: - Implement configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment and Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Design and develop customizations extensions and integrations using Oracle Fusion tools and technologies.
- Conduct system testing user training and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM and Procurement modules.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Participate in Oracle Fusion upgrade and enhancement projects ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates patches and best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 46 years of handson experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment and Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to HR and procurement.
- Experience with data migration integration and reporting tools in Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM and/or Procurement are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with other Oracle Fusion modules (e.g. Financials SCM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Experience with thirdparty integration tools and middleware solutions.
