Your mission: Roles and responsibilities

• Solving tickets in a fast manner but with sympathy and efficiency.
• Liaising with other CS agents and other teams for efficient troubleshooting
• Being solution oriented and proactive
• Recognizing own mistakes and offering solutions
• Balanced adjustment between company policy and customer demands
• Should have the capability of multitasking
• Identifying the needs of the team and proactively take action to support other team members

Requirement:
Minimum 1 yr experience in customer support

English writing and reading skills

Capability of handling overtime or work load

Solution Oriented

High Patience Level

Experience in sales (would be a plus)
