Lead Engineer- Stress Analysis

Job Summary:

Must have over 10 years of relevant work experience out of which 6 must be as a Lead Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry.
Must have software skills specifically in CAESER II/ROHR.
Experience in Design StressStrain Analysis Calculations and Piping Stress Analysis is required.
Must be skilled in their own discipline.
Must have a firm grasp of Project Management fundamentals.
Team leadership skills are crucial.
Must be targetoriented and have a coaching attitude.
Proactive approach to tasks is necessary.
Job responsibilities include preparing/reviewing Project Design basis for Stress Analysis and preparing a Stress Critical Line List.
Must have expertise in piping stress analysis and be able to execute stress analysis using software CaesarII / ROHR2.
Ability to independently perform stress analysis tasks.
Must be able to markup stressrelated data on isometrics for updating in 3D model.
Responsible for preparing Piping Load Summary as input for Civil/Structural design.
Good understanding and awareness of ASME B31.3 code requirements related to safety in stress flange leakage calculations calculation of nozzle displacements spring selection criteria and 3D model navigation in Navisworks is required.
Experience in WRC calculations nozzle stiffness calculation using NozzlePro software is an added advantage.
Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel MS Word MS Paint.
Good English communication skills both written and oral are essential.
