The Admin and Commercial Lead is a vital role within our organization, responsible for managing administrative tasks and leading commercial operations. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of administrative and commercial processes, and be able to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions including but not limited to procurement, facilities management, and office operations.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle contract negotiations with vendors/suppliers.
2. Commercial Leadership:
- Plan, organize and lead the commercial strategy of the company to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, and customers.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of professionals.
- Promote a positive work environment that supports continuous learning and improvement.
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative management and commercial leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with administrative and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and business principles.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Professional certification in Administration or Management.
