Job Description
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design, implement, and manage performance management programs and processes that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the administration of performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, including setting SMART goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering ongoing development.
