Delivery Manager Scrum Master - SWDC

- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, facilitating the Agile process and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development process.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to understand project requirements, prioritize user stories, and ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and up to date.
- Support the team in identifying and removing any obstacles or impediments that may affect productivity or delivery timelines.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, advocating for Agile best practices, and fostering a learning environment within the team.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to share experiences, insights, and lessons learned, contributing to the overall growth of Agile practices within the organization.
- Monitor and track project progress, using Agile metrics and tools, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
