Tasks

• Operational and Strategic Controlling: Design the financial investment sales and marketing human resources production and project controlling strategies
• Data Analysis: Procure process and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to support the decisionmaking processes. Ensure transparency plausibility correctness and clarity of all data in reporting systems
• Forecasting: Prepare evaluate and comment on financial forecasts including the use of forecasting and planning models
• Strategy Oversight: Conduct systematic control performance reviews and risk management assessments of corporate strategies
• Implementation and Monitoring: Develop implement and monitor corrective measures and potential alternative courses of action when deviations from strategies or objectives occur
• Feasibility and Cost Tracking: Conduct economic feasibility studies and track project costs for development and investment projects. Prepare comprehensive business cases for new initiatives or investments
• Process Improvement: Drive the further development and implementation of industry standards controlling tools and business management processes to achieve operating excellence and best practice standards
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for crossdepartmental crosshierarchical and crossdisciplinary communication. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Project Management: Independently plan support and implement various projects ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver on time and within budget

Requirements

• Successfully completed business studies (university/technical college) or equivalent with a focus on Finance
• Profund experience in operational and strategic Finance of internationally oriented companies
• Very good IT ERP PPT and Excel skills
• Very good communication and presentation skills. Fluent written and spoken English and German. Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
• High degree of independence flexibility initiative and reliability through resultsoriented work and a handson mentality
