Influencer Marketing Intern remote

Luna Socks is a directtoconsumer ecommerce brand that sells personalized socks for pet lovers. We are looking for a dedicated intern to join our team and support our influencer marketing efforts. As an intern youll research and engage with potential influencers globally manage influencer relationships and assist in executing impactful campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in influencer marketing and experience the excitement of building a company from the ground up.

Tasks

• Influencer Identification: Identify influencers in the pet niche across Europe and the USA. Conduct thorough research to find influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Influencer Communication: Establish and maintain communication with influencers to negotiate pricing and content types. Build strong relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and successful partnerships.
• Content Development: Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and creative content ideas. Ensure content aligns with our brand message and appeals to our target audience.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and activate influencer marketing campaigns. Lead the identification of suitable influencers run briefings and oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets. Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI while maintaining financial stewardship.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging practices in influencer marketing. Share insights and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

• Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of various social media platforms influencer trends and regional market dynamics. Knowledge of effective strategies to engage with creators and influencers across different platforms.
• Passion for Pets: We exclusively collaborate with influencers who share our love for pets particularly dogs. A genuine enthusiasm for animals especially dogs is essential for this role.
• Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills are vital for engaging with local teams influencers and agencies in diverse markets. The ability to build strong relationships and convey ideas clearly is crucial for successful collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Were seeking someone with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities of working in a startup environment. The ability to adapt quickly think creatively and take initiative is highly valued.
• Interest in Ecommerce & Social Media Marketing: A keen interest in the ecommerce industry and social media marketing is essential for excelling in this role. Familiarity with online consumer behavior digital marketing strategies and emerging trends will be advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required for effective communication within our international team. Fluency in another EU language (e.g. German French Spanish Italian Dutch) is beneficial as we operate in multiple markets across Europe.
