Tax Manager

Tasks

Collaboration on tax relevant transactions between the group and its business partners / Be involved in all types of nonstandard transactions e.g. all types of funds securitization and future product developments / Work on a realtime basis with the various deal teams tax department and corporate center colleagues (country expertise and functional areas of specialty) and group approval committees / Liaise with tax authorities external tax advisors / Ad hoc projects.

Requirements

Swiss university degree in Law / Post graduate studies in tax as an advantge / Experienced tax professional with sound knowledge of tax issues and developments in the financial services industry / Knowledge of transaction processes in international environment / Analytical personality / Team player with a structured working style / Reliable / Ability to meet deadlines independently and systematically / Teamoriented and clientoriented working style / Work methodically under pressure / Build up good relationships with the various teams and be able to handle issues efficiently / Good organizational communication and social skills / Good command of MS Office / German as well as English.
