We are looking for talented candidates with Biochemical Bioprocessing Biochemistry Microbiology Industrial Biology background to join the Bioprocessing & Fermentation Technology Division at IncreBio. You will be working on the discovery and development of precision fermentation and bioprocessing with range of targets & goalsfrom sugar reduction to biosynthesis of rare molecules.

Tasks

• Work with Bioprocessing & Fermentation team to optimize the current precision fermentation platform to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Deep dive research build assumptions test the experiments and analyze the results for all bioprocessing conditions that meet company goals.
• Manage and operate a bench scale bioreactor to conduct and monitor experiments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and BioManufacturing team to streamline process scaleup from lab to pilot and commercialscale production.

Requirements

• MS/PhD Degree or Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years experience
• Degree in Biotechnology Biochemistry Biochemical Bioprocessing Microbiology Fermentation Technology or relating fields
• Eager to work so hard in science & research for commercial to learn something new and develop yourself
• Understanding of metabolic and growth pathways of yeasts/bacteria
• Research or industry experiences with microbial strains fermentation running bioreactor & downstream processing will be a super strong plus
• Able to adapt and thrive in a rapid pace & quick changing environment.
• Good teamplay spirits with ability to listen and communicate with others
• Strong passion to innovate and go extra miles to achieve beyond expectations.
