MAIN MISSION
The main role of the Admissions Assistant is to assist the Admissions Executives and to assist the admissions team and help ensure that the administrative formalities for the enrolment reenrolment and departure of students run smoothly as well as welcoming new families and d velopping maintaining relations with the schools corporate partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of administrative enrolment reenrolment & departures files:
Participate in the processing of student enrolment and reenrolment applications and departures (checking and validating the required documents submission or dispatch of files to families study/exit certificates).
Manage the departments generic email inboxes: sorting emails responding to requests and forwarding emails to the right recipients.
Ensure the validity of visas for all students
Produce certificates or other documents on request
Update the student database
Archive documents
Support the team in organising events for potential families:
Overall assistance with the organisation of events (Open houses) : programmes planning logistics reception reports.
Participate in the organisation of international school fairs in Singapore.
Partnership management:
Search for companies interested in sponsoring school events.
Maintain and follow up with existing sponsors ensuring strong relationships.
Ensure smooth communication between sponsors and the internal team.
Manage correspondence and the signing of partnership contracts.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communication & Events department to create attractive presentation materials.
Coordinate sponsors needs during events such as setting up booths distributing promotional materials etc.
Participate in networking events.

SKILLS ABILITY AND REQUIRED FORMATION
Proficiency in the Office pack (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Fluency in French and English required
Good organisational skills
Demonstrate a high degree of rigour and have a keen eye for detail and compliance with procedures
Ability to work independently
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate
ability to work as part of a team particularly in pairs
WORKING CONDITIONS
6month internship starting in September 2024
Fulltime internship based on 42 hours/week
Annual leave 1.5 days / month
