Role: Project Manager x 2

Salary: 475 per day (outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid 12 days client site (Yorkshire) as needed remainder remote or at Project Partners head office (Milton Keynes)

• Unapologetic adherence to quality datadriven status reporting
  
• "Real" risk and issue management properly attaching risks & issues to tasks or milestones quantitive impact and plainEnglish mitigation documented

Quality Stakeholder Management

• Having the confidence and gravitas to chair steering committees containing CxO level execs and be the authority in the room
  
• Be friendly but fair bring people on the journey with you explain the "why" but dont bend to pressure that impacts delivery
  
• Bring the wider team with you ask not tell a Change Management enthusiast a shoulder to cry on a friend a colleague

About the Projects:

Project 1 Purchase Order Transformation implementation of a new PO system into our clients household name retail business process delivery pilot rollout and crucially realisation of huge business benefits that will make a big difference to the business.

Project 2 Supply Chain and Operating Model Transformation greenfield project to lead the discovery of understanding the impacts to supply chain and overall business operating model for our household name retail business client by implementing a strategic stockholding initiative alongside the existing madetoorder model.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Project Delivery to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements expectations and deliverables maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilising governance principles to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Essential Experience:

* 1020 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the management consulting industry.

* Strong leadership skills capable of inspiring and motivating crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.

* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to ensure effective collaboration throughout project lifecycles.

* Meticulous attention to governance principles demonstrating a dedication to ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

* Strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail adept at translating highlevel business objectives into actionable project plans.

Desirable Experience:

* Experience implementing project management methodologies such as Prince2 Agile or Lean to drive project efficiency and innovation.

* Background in change management or organisational transformation projects facilitating impactful organisational change.

* Familiarity with industryspecific tools and technologies to enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
