Job Description

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for an HR Executive for an MNC company based in Colombo. The HR Executive with Technical Knowledge will be responsible for aligning HR practices with the needs and objectives of the company. This role involves managing recruitment developing training programs and ensuring that HR policies support the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background coupled with a deep understanding of roles and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge across the company.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on career development.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS) with a focus on data relevant to technical roles.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage compensation packages and benefits programs that are competitive and align with industry standards.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts providing support and counseling as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A technical degree or background is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 25 years of HR experience preferably with a focus on recruitment and HR practices in the FMCG industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
    • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
