Do you have experience managing quality systems along with monitoring supplier quality and performance
If so then my client a leading technology company has an exciting opportunity to join their team of 5 as a Service Quality Specialist.
What you’ll be doing:
Do you have experience managing quality systems along with monitoring supplier quality and performance
If so then my client a leading technology company has an exciting opportunity to join their team of 5 as a Service Quality Specialist.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring all service providers deliver consistently highquality services across multiple sites
- Conducting thorough audits at different locations to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards
- Traveling to five key UK sites to monitor and evaluate service quality and making occasional trips to European sites to ensure uniformity in service standards
- Experience in hosting and performing audits
- Ability to analyse data to identify quality trends
- Demonstratable experience of managing supplier quality
