As a Cloud Engineer (Exchange and Voice Specialist) you will:
  • Configure and manage Exchange Online settings policies and mail flow rules.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Teams voice services policies and call quality.
  • Configure and manage meeting room devices for seamless integration with Microsoft Teams.
  • Integrate Microsoft Teams with Call Manager systems for call routing and connectivity.
  • Manage VoIP and PSTN services within Microsoft Teams ensuring compliance.
  • Implement and manage email and voice security measures including Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements for email and voice systems.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for email and voicerelated issues including escalated tickets.
  • Monitor the health and performance of Exchange Online and Teams voice environments generating reports for insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices proposing and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement best practices for voice communication.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for email and voice services conducting regular drills.
  • Work closely with other IT teams collaborating on projects and providing expertise.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Extensive experience in configuring and managing Exchange Online settings policies and mail flow rules.
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Teams voice services policies and call quality.
  • Ability to configure and manage meeting room devices for seamless integration with Microsoft Teams.
  • Expertise in integrating Microsoft Teams with Call Manager systems for call routing and connectivity.
  • Experience in managing VoIP and PSTN services within Microsoft Teams ensuring compliance.
  • Strong understanding of email and voice security measures including Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for email and voice systems.
  • Skills in developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Ability to provide expert support and troubleshooting for email and voicerelated issues including escalated tickets.
  • Capability to monitor the health and performance of Exchange Online and Teams voice environments generating reports for insights.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest features and best practices proposing and implementing enhancements.
  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices for voice communication.
