About The Role:
The company is hiring a selfmotivated Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments and third parties to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered. Responsibilities:
- Representing the customers and the companys interests.
- Agreeing on project objectives and deliverables with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Organising the various professional people working on a project.
- Carrying out risk assessments.
- Ensuring that all the aims of the project are met within the time scales and budget.
- Ensuring that the project delivery meets ISO 9001 standards.
- Using IT or other systems to keep track of people and project progress.
- Liaising with and monitoring subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Reporting to the customer and senior stakeholders on progress.
- Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarks and sharing lessons and best practices with other project managers and senior management.
- Tracking project performance specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
- Meeting budgetary objectives and making any necessary adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other staff members.
The Candidate:
- 5 years experience in project management.
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WinWord.
- Excellent clientfacing communication skills.
- Experience with PRINCE2 and/or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project.
- Experience in managing thirdparty vendors.
- Previous work experience with System Integrators or Managed Service Providers would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in project planning User Acceptance Testing control documentation and transition.
