HERES WHAT YOUD BE DOING ON A DAYTODAY BASIS:

The purpose of the Sustainable Sourcing Manager is to create and lead the implementation of sustainable sourcing strategies of the material(s) which are included in a certain category (Packaging). It is to develop capacities and supply setups aligned with range development and market needs and to secure production and technique development in alignment with our R&D department. You need to be able to manage strategic supplier relations and ensure businesses the Oatly way. The role is also todecide upon supplier classification supplier structure build up and to assign new businesses to suppliers in cooperation with project sourcing local site sourcing and other key stakeholders.

One of the key aspects of the role is to embed Supplier Quality Assurance and Sustainability Requirements in the Sourcing process and to act as an Autonomous Sourcing Unit (ASU) together with SSQA colleagues.

• Assure implementation of the sourcing strategy in cooperation with other stakeholders
• Manage strategic supplier relations and supplier negotiations with key suppliers
• Lead development of new materials and new production technologies together with Product development/Innovation
• Set KPIs and assure achievement of KPIs for the total category for delivery performance quality cost development Sustainability and new product development capabilities
• Category strategy development and alignment with key stakeholders
• Implementation of category strategy throughout the whole supply chain
• KPIs for total category and assure achievement of set KPIs in Sustainable Sourcing operations
• Competence development throughout the organization within the actual category
• Securing capacity build up according to needed demand from Oatly factories
• Developing and improving sustainability performance of already existing suppliers and supporting the review and selection of new suppliers in accordance with Oatly sustainability strategy and values.
• Participate in developing the Oatly Sustainability report and developing the Sustainability teams targets and action plans

• Support the markets and consumer relations with sustainability knowledge mainly related to packaging and recycling

IDEALLY WE HOPE THAT YOUTICK THE FOLLOWING BOXES AS THEY SAY INCORPORATE LAND:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with strategic sustainable sourcing in an international business environment for Packaging
• Experience in category management sustainability sourcing in an international business environment
• Strong supplier market knowledge and deep understanding of production technologies for the specific category
• ERP system logic (Microsoft D365 preferable) and BI system competence (Power BI preferable)

AS WELL SOMEEDUCATIONAND TRAINING IS NECESSARY UNFORTUNATELY:

• Master within Engineering/Business/Economics/Sourcing
• Experience/course within Project Management

AND OF COURSE WE CANT FORGETOTHERREQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English Proficiency in language verbal & writing
• Travels Yes (This is an active role as the position requires frequent travelling to different manufacturing/supplier locations).
