Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Senior Manager / AGM Solar Projects (roof) for a leading conglomerate located in Colombo. Please find below summery of the Job Description.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for roof solar projects in alignment with company goals
- Oversee project planning execution monitoring and completion within budget and schedule
- Manage and coordinate with internal teams external vendors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks to achieve successful outcomes
- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in solar project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roof solar project management
- Experience in renewable energy industry is a plus
- Has expericence in managing roof solar projects is an advanctage
