• Advanced experience in Apex Lightning Web Components Aura JavaScript CSS and HTML.
• Experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.

Collaborating Mentoring and Leading:

• Excellent communication skills written verbal and interactive.
• Ability to tailor communications for different audiences (desirable).
• Experience making persuasive evidencebased recommendations.
• Ability to work closely with vendors stakeholders and develop positive relationships (desirable).
• Ability to work within the project team in a fastpaced environment and maintain positive relationships.

Support and Sustainment:

• Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment (highly desirable).
• Experience in providing technical assistance and enduser troubleshooting.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proficiency in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of Public Sector Solutions (highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

Tools and Process:

• Experience with Azure Devops (highly desirable).
• Experience in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile Kanban or Scrum Frameworks (highly desirable).
• Experience in using version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.
• Active participation in the Salesforce community.
• Keeping up to date with the latest features issues and vulnerabilities.

Industry Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (highly desirable).
• Salesforce Omnistudio Developer (desirable).
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (highly desirable).
• Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder.
