Senior Salesforce Architect with NV1 clearance Canberra

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation configuration and integration with a proven track record of delivering enterpriselevel solutions. This role requires the ability to work from our Canberra offices at least three days a week and hold an NV1 security clearance

Research Analysis and Design

• Experience working with different stakeholders to elicit and understand business processes requirements and objectives.
• Thorough understanding of business workflows and BPMN modeling.
• Proven ability to make considered thoughtful and evidencebased conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience designing enterpriselevel integration solutions and building data models to business requirements.
• Championing outofthebox functionality and configuration over custom coding.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes improvements and efficiencies in business processes.

Implementation and Delivery

• At least 5 years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects as a Salesforce Architect
• Proficiency in configuring Salesforce including building/modifying custom objects flows permission sets and other related configurations.
• Demonstrated experience in building and delivering enterpriselevel integration solutions.

Collaborating Mentoring and Leading

• Act as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals in the organization.
• Excellent written verbal and interactive communication skills tailored for different audiences.
• Ability to make persuasive evidencebased recommendations.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely within the project team in a fastpaced environment.

Support and Sustainment

• Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge and experience with Public Sector Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

Tools and Process

• Experience with Azure DevOps (Highly desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile Kanban or Scrum frameworks.
• Experience using version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.
• Active in the Salesforce community and uptodate with the latest features issues and vulnerabilities.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I: Required
• Salesforce Platform Developer II: Highly desirable
