• Site code amendments

• Small website builds

• Look and feel amendments

• Individual page builds on existing sites

Required skills and experience

• Wordpress experience in custom wordpress development not just using templates

• CSS and HTML

• PHP

• The ability to code within the wordpress framework without resorting to template sites site builders or multiple plug ins

Desired skills and experience

1. Experience with advanced custom fields

2. Tailwind CSS ideally or Bootstrap but we would want them to learn Tailwind

3. Good understanding of the importance of light code for SEO

4. Advanced Custom Fields

5. Git version control

6. Experience of working from Figma

1. A logical thought process and an ability to troubleshoot technical problems.

2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients & colleagues.

3. Experience of client expectation management.

1. The ability to work by yourself and in a small team; be enthusiastic proactive and selfmotivated.

2. Comfortable working with debugging tools like Chrome inspector

3. •Optimising websites for use on mobile devices and ensuring they are always quick to load.
