Job Description :
Overview/Key Responsibilities:
Technology Operations is responsible for the technical infrastructure required to supply IT services to the bank.
Work includes:
* Overseeing strategy design development and deployment of IT solutions
* Improving or developing new products components equipment systems technologies or processes
* Ensuring that research and design methodologies meet established scientific and engineering standards
* Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development
* analysing quality/safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
* Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry and translating those developments into new and viable options for the organization and clients
* organising technical presentations to clients and/or industry groups
* Monitoring product development outcomes to ensure technical functional cost and timing targets are met
Audit Remediation:
Support audit remediation workstream working with application teams and stakeholders to manage migration and decom activities to address identified issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions in alignment with audit requirements.
Database Expertise:
Utilize extensive database (Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL) experience to navigate and optimize database operations.
Engage proactively with the audit remediation workstream and database engineering team to address challenges.
Migration Process:
Work closely with the audit remediation team to execute audit remediation activities – support m.
Work with application team on migration strategies with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Collaboration with Application Teams:
Facilitate communication and collaboration with audit remediation workstream leads and application teams.
Plan and coordinate migrations considering application dependencies and minimizing potential disruptions.

Qualifications:
* Relational database certification
* Demonstrated experience in audit remediation initiatives.
* Expertise in developing and optimizing migration processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
