Our client is an awardwinning dealer group representing some of the best OEM s in the sector.
We are currently looking for an engaging talented and highly motivated Sales Director to run a portfolio of dealerships across multiple locations.
This role demands clear leadership to lead the division and drive sales performance through inspiration and motivation. Working at a strategic level you will drive the sales strategy across all locations.

As a person you are highly skilled in leadership and have unparalleled interpersonal skills. You have a customercentric mindset and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy selfmotivated and make things happen never settling for just the status quo.
As a leader you are supportive of your team and are happy to provide a high level of support for team members to drive change and development. You provide guidance and communicate clearly to maintain a trusting environment and bring out the best in the team.
Your experience
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Automotive Sector. For this role you must have the following:
More than 5 years of management experience at a senior level in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management
A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards consumer legislation and trade practices.
Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Benefits
