Job Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor on behalf of our client to manage and coordinate kitchen operations ensuring the preparation of highquality dishes and a smoothly functioning culinary team in their establishment. If you have culinary expertise and leadership skills wed like to introduce you to this role where you can make a significant impact on the dining experience.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting
- Day care centre or nursery school
Tasks
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
