This Boutique property has around 60 rooms and offers a fresh food menu for Brunch lunch afternoon tea and dinner and boasts a roof terrace where your customers can relax with a view.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled chefs.
• Craft menus showcasing surreys freshest and finest ingredients sourced daily from local suppliers.
• Oversee the culinary offerings in multiple dining areas:
• A vibrant bar and lounge serving artisan coffee lounge food by day and inventive cocktails by night.
• A relaxed yet elegant restaurant setting offering modern British cuisine fine dining without the formality featuring a wellchosen wine list and AA Rosette quality dishes.
• InRoom Dining Provide an exquisite dining experience for guests preferring to dine in the comfort of their room.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Manage kitchen operations including budgeting inventory and supplier relationships.
• Uphold and enhance the establishments reputation for culinary excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality a la carte dining environment where you have managed a Small team of chefs
• Hands on love cooking and will always be seen on the pass
• A passion for European and British cuisine and an understanding of current culinary trends.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Creativity in menu development and presentation.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
