Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and driving the contract formation, supplier selection, contractor mobilization and work completion of iconic and architecturally significant buildings, tourist and residential facilities, on the development of 120 high-end finished chalets within the Relax Cluster of the Trojena project. Bechtel is the Project Management Consultant managing the contractors performing the work. The role will span from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, occupancy, and contract close-out.
