Job Description

Job Title: Sales Specialist
Location: Qatar
Job Type: FullTime / PartTime

About Us:
We are an innovative startup developing a cuttingedge SaaS POS system tailored for the food industry and Sports Management . We are looking for a skilled FullStack Laravel Developer to join our team and help bring our vision to life.

Job Objective: To achieve sales targets by marketing and selling the electronic systems developed by the company such as the Hagzz application for managing sports facilities and the Qatar Restaurants application for comprehensive restaurant management. confidential

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Sales Opportunities:
  • Research and identify potential new customers.
  • Analyze market and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Communication:
  • Conduct daily communications with potential and existing customers to introduce them to the electronic systems and services offered.
  • Deliver presentations and detailed explanations of the benefits of the electronic systems.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Work towards achieving the monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up on sales leads and successfully close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Internal Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the technical support and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the management.
  • Continuous Development:
  • Keep uptodate with market trends and competitors to propose improvements to systems and services.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in selling electronic systems or software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and the relevant sectors (sports facilities and
