KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Develop short, medium and long term responses to workforce data and information challenges including initiatives that integrate with other HR and human capital processes;
- Manage and continually improve workforce and organizational data, processes, systems, methods and approaches to ensure accurate information and insights;
- Manage and govern the accuracy, completeness and relevance of workforce data, systems, information and insights to inform decision making;
- Identify opportunities to improve workforce data and insights to improve problem solving, strategy development, organizational performance and risk management;
- Identify and contribute to opportunities to align workforce and organizational information with other data sets such as financial and business planning to improve resource management;
