Job Description
Resource planning
- Measuring the workload – linked to existing projects and currently being delivered; evaluating the future workload – in case of projects won in the future;
- Monitoring the resources available to each projects and provides a vision of the additional resources required
- Producing monthly reports (Workload Report) and presenting new trends and developments to SUBSEA management.
- Coordinating manplans with engineering leads to ensure workload is consistent with the plans.
