Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and real estate agencies.
- Handle initial inquiries and provide information about our auction platform.
- Conduct sales presentations and close deals with property owners.
- Assist buyers with registration and bidding procedures.
- Develop partnerships with real estate agencies.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client relationship management or sales.
- Understanding of the real estate market and auction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client segments.
