Our client is an AI company that began operations in 2021 and offers innovative solutions for universities such as AIpowered student engagement platforms and automated administrative systems. Companies staff works remotely from the USA Mexico Colombia Chile Buenos Aires Mendoza and Coln. The job for the staff in Crdoba (Torres Capitalinas area) is hybrid with one day per week working in the offices. The company is expanding in the LatAm region.

We seek a professional whoplays a crucial rolein managing internal and external Communication.You will aimto cultivate a positive work environment inourremote employees meet their needs and develop a sense of belonging to the company.

You must also completea variety oftasks within the operational and HR areas of the company including but not limited to:

• Registration cancellation and modification of job positions (induction dismissal etc.).
• Development and implementation of staff wellbeing initiatives.
• Logistical control and administration of the workspace.
• Organization of events and their logistics.

Main requirements:

1. Have experience in the job tasks to fulfill.
2. Have residence in Crdoba Capital (exclusive).
3. Advanced level of English (exclusive).
4. University degree (desirable).
