Job Description
Job Title: Financial Analyst.
The role would be responsible for Costing Data analysis and Business Plan preparation for the Group
companies. An MBA/B.Tech from reputed institution or CA/CWA Intermediate with some experience of
Budgeting Accounting Costing Data analysis and Business Plan preparation. Good communication skills
and MS Office knowledge.
Requirements
Key Selection Criteria s Mandatory Desired
Experience in years: Budgeting Accounting CostingData analysis 5 Exp in a big Manufacturing/Service setup
Academic Degree: MBA from a reputed institute (Regular MBA) CA/CWA Inter
Core Functional Area 1 with
number of years of experience: Financial Accounting 5Good MS office knowledge ERP implementation experience would be an added advantage.
Core Functional Area 2 with
number of years of experience: Costing Budgeting 5
Core Functional Area 3 with
number of years of experience: MIS reports and Compliance 5
Key Responsibilities Expected Results
Analysis of Financial Statements of All the Units
Financial Planning & Analysis Monthly cash Flow analysis
Implement budgetary controls
Compile Project financials and track performance
Product costing and profitability analysis
Product wise profitability analysis
Review of raw material yield and consumption tend for major consumables for manufacturing units.
Review of Productivity of manufacturing units
Productivity review
Review of Productivity of manufacturing units
Downtime analysis
Cost benefit analysis
Stock level analysis
