We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the endtoend operations of the Sunway Wellness Academy.

Position: Program Manager Sunway Wellness Academy

Location: Nagpur

Type: FullTime

Qualifications: Graduate in a relevant field (Business Education Wellness etc.)

Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with a track record of successful academy or training institute management Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to develop and manage curriculum and course offerings

Salary Range: Rs 25000 to Rs 35000 per month Immediate Joining Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Sunway Wellness Academy aligning with the overall business objectives.

2. Curri

culum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update course curricula that meet industry standards and evolving trends. 3. Course Management: Oversee the scheduling delivery and quality assurance of all courses ensuring a seamless learning experience for students. 4. Instructor Management: Recruit train and manage a team of qualified instructors providing ongoing coaching and support.

5. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student success and satisfaction.

6. Operational Efficiency: Manage daytoday operations including facility management resource allocation and budget oversight.

7. Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new students and expand the academys reach.

8. Collaboration: Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders organizations and professionals to enhance the academys credibility and industry relevance.

9. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators student feedback and market trends to continually improve course offerings and outcomes.

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards within the wellness and education sectors.
