We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Payroll Manager to join our client's dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations for our international workforce (250 employees) ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend payroll process for multiple international entities ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and standards in various countries.
- Maintain and update payroll records and reports ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR finance and other departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and submit payrollrelated tax filings and other statutory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external payroll providers and auditors.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide payrollrelated support and guidance to employees and management.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management preferably in an international setting.
- Indepth knowledge of payroll regulations tax laws and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive resilient and able to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
