Scope of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive LatAm HR Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our experienced founder and gain invaluable experience in a fastpaced startup environment. As we expand this role has the potential to evolve into a higher operational position.

Duties and responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Spearhead the entire recruitment lifecycle from crafting compelling job descriptions and developing effective applicant evaluation processes to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that aligns with our company culture.

Technology:

  • Research evaluate and implement new technologies and business applications (SAAS CRM Bookkeeping Payments etc.) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technologyrelated inquiries and troubleshooting.

Management:

  • Develop and document clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business functions.
  • Design and implement oversight and management systems to ensure smooth operations and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
