Tasks

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions joint ventures corporate governance and commercial contracts.
• Draft review and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply agreements service agreements licensing agreements SaaS contracts and confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including corporate laws securities laws antitrust laws and industryspecific regulations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the companys interests and minimize legal risks.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with business teams to ensure contracts align with company policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and coordinate their work when necessary.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German
• Bar admission is a plus
• Expertise in corporate and commercial law
