Full Stack Developer Lead Graphql Reactjs Redux Java Python APIs and Nodesjs

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing developing and implementing fullstack solutions using GraphQL ReactJS Redux Java and NodeJS.
• Architect and develop robust scalable and highperforming applications with a focus on frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code across the full software development lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews provide technical guidance and enforce best practices within the development team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the team is using the latest tools and practices.
• Identify and address technical debt and performance issues in existing systems.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions and make technology recommendations.
• Lead the effort in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and conduct regular quality assurance.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support to team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Effectively communicate project status issues and risks to the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in GraphQL ReactJS Redux Java and NodeJS.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of leading and mentoring a development team.
• Strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and serverside languages.
• Experience in architecting and developing scalable and highperformance applications.
• Indepth understanding of database management and design principles including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in using development tools version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web application security and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in crossfunctional teams.
