Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 system.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Microsoft Dynamics 2012 capabilities and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Oversee the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 with other business systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Microsoft Dynamics 2012 environment.
• Support and mentor junior team members in enhancing their technical skills.
• Lead the resolution of technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in project planning resource allocation and risk management activities.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 2012 features and updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics 2012 projects.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in system implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 2012.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to perform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in problemsolving and decisionmaking.
• Experience in project management and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
