Business Analyst - Hyderabad

1. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales and collections.
2. Conduct indepth analysis of data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Excel and other tools to present findings to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data validate findings and implement solutions.
5. Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis results insights and recommendations to senior management (GM).
6. Assist in forecasting and creating projections for sales and collections based on historical data and market trends.
7. Identify and track relevant industry benchmarks and competitive intelligence to support decisionmaking.
8. Provide ad hoc analysis and support to the sales department as needed.

1. Bachelors degree in any discipline.
2. 25 years of experience in a Business Analyst role preferably in a sales or finance environment.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables VLOOKUP and complex formulae.
4. Experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
8. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
