Copywriter-Team lead PUNE

• Monitor quality and delivery of copy & content for multiple brands under the cluster. (comprising of various digital marketing professionals with different expertise)
• Offer strong and clear direction to writers
• Display strong creative ability in communication created in association with art director
• Strategize on brand s long term vision with client and internally
• Ensure creative work written and supervised is aligned with the brand goals
• Guide teammates and establish strong relationships with graphic designers video team and account managers
• Offer viewpoints articulately within the agency and with clients
• Contribute to brand success and enhance client s confidence in the agency.
• Determine vital disconnects and communicate to AM personnel before beginning copy
• Develop marketing plans pitch plans and conceptual processes for creative campaigns
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Strong understanding of copywriting for digital ads social media branding & video production
• Strong understanding of content writing for SEO blogs reviews and website

• min 6 years of experience as a creative copywriter & content write
• Prior experience of team management
• Prior experience in digital marketing/advertising/social media agency
• Skills required: Copywriting visualization conceptualization content writing script writing email writing
