Job Description

Overview:

The Client Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between the company and its clients. They are responsible for serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Understanding client needs and objectives
  • Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Forecasting and tracking client account metrics
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell services
  • Resolving client issues and escalating as needed
  • Creating and delivering reports on account status
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
  • Conducting regular client meetings to review service needs and usage trends
  • Managing multiple accounts and clients simultaneously
  • Monitoring and analyzing client account performance
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions
  • Handling contract renewals and negotiations
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA HR is a must
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager Sales Account Manager or a relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently
  • Ability to travel to meet clients as needed
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Customer serviceoriented approach
