Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Delivering appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiating/close deals and handling complaints or objections
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Keeping detailed records of all sales activities
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Monitoring the company’s industry competitors new products and market conditions
- Participating in trade shows and conventions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication interpersonal and time management skills
- Availability to travel as needed
