Billing submission and payment tracking of security agencies
Fire & Safety Audit of all villas and necessary drills completion
Experience Education and Skills
Graduation in any discipline with 5 years experience in handling multiple sites

Training Actual vs Planned (5%) & Quarterly Audit ( 5%) for all Villas
Risk assesment of all villa half yearly
Tickets closure within TAT Variance should not be more than 5%
Customer Internal / External
Avergage Security Feedback should not be less than 4. Variance should be less than 5%
Homeowners Feedback rating should not be less than 4
Vendor Management Security Agencies Monthly Average Detractors should not be more than 5% of
checkin count
