Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring 100% Security Deployment through agency in all villas as per approved count
Ensuring all Security SOP's are followed in all villas
Training to be given to all guards
Monitor outsource agencies for security guards
Billing submission and payment tracking of security agencies
Fire & Safety Audit of all villas and necessary drills completion
Experience Education and Skills
Graduation in any discipline with 5 years experience in handling multiple sites
Job Description
Processes
SOP Implementation to be completed for all security related works
Training Actual vs Planned (5%) & Quarterly Audit ( 5%) for all Villas
Risk assesment of all villa half yearly
Tickets closure within TAT Variance should not be more than 5%
Customer Internal / External
Avergage Security Feedback should not be less than 4. Variance should be less than 5%
Homeowners Feedback rating should not be less than 4
Vendor Management Security Agencies Monthly Average Detractors should not be more than 5% of
checkin count
Emergecny response Drills for all villasQuarterly
Organisational Capacity and Culture
Team Building Activities
7 Core Values Implementation & Execution in daily work culture
