About Kalvium
When you ask an engineering graduate in India what they remember most about their higher education the answer that does not come up often is the education itself. Kalvium is reimagining the field of computer science higher education ground up by challenging all existing assumptions and making the program more relevant and engaging. We are seeking mentors who will assist students in their technical development in all aspects much like technical leads and instructors.
Role Technical Mentor
Responsibilities
- This is a fulltime ongoing onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 40 highpotential students.
- You will embed in the campus: own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects. This includes programming full stack development OS networks etc. all of which are taught in a handson practical manner.
- You will lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilising the growing skills of the students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck based on the Kalvium mentorship framework.
Requirements
- Language proficiency: excellent ability to communicate in English.
- Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python C C Java script
- Strong passion for problem solving and learning new technologies

Pay & Location
Type of Contract Fulltime after 3 months of internship.
Fulltime CTC 6 LPA (Fixed Variable)
Location PAN India at a campus where the Kalvium program is live.
