Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Pricing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with airlines shipping lines and coloaders regarding rates negotiating with lines as per client requirements and handling sales team inquiries for export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with airlines shipping lines and coloaders regarding rates
Negotiate with lines as per client requirements
Coordinate with overseas agents for exwork/DDP & DDU shipment quotations
Coordinate with shippers/overseas agents regarding shipment planning
Handle sales team inquiries for export (sea & air) shipments
Follow up with sales team after giving quotations to clients
Arrange bookings with lines
Check invoicing part of line after vessel sailing for payment
Follow up with liner for dispute invoice/waiver/credit note
Check CPA at the time of closing the job
Coordinate with sales team and other teams in the office regarding shipment
Working Hours:
Office timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
