Job Description

We are Loooking For Business Development in Delhi

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the software industry exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients through inside and outside sales activities.
  • Understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and commercial terms sheets for prospective clients.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Recruit train and manage the inside sales team.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance through objectives setting and coaching.
  • Cultivate strong longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales revenue and expense reports to the management team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends emerging markets and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3 years of experience in sales management or a related role within the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to prospect strategically and identify key stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for sales and the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and navigate the negotiation process.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
