Overview
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization. This position is responsible for identifying potential clients creating and nurturing relationships and closing sales opportunities. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and will be instrumental in achieving the companys sales targets and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Present promote and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining the companys sales strategies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
- Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and relevant documentation
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
