Job Description: Business Development Executive (CommissionBased)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team on a commissionbased structure. The BDE will be responsible for selling consulting services in the areas of business consulting and data consulting. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are resultsdriven and have a strong network in the consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for consulting services in business consulting and data consulting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels including cold calling email campaigns networking events and social media.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored consulting solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Present and pitch our consulting services to prospective clients highlighting the value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related field preferably within the consulting industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the business and data consulting sectors.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote work environment.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong understanding of business and data consulting services and their value propositions.
