Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure
• Providing technical support to end users
• Overseeing IT security and data protection
• Implementing and managing IT projects
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Ensuring compliance with IT regulations and standards
• Monitoring network performance and optimizing as necessary
• Conducting regular system audits
• Identifying and addressing IT issues promptly
• Training staff on new technologies and IT procedures
• Managing IT budgets and expenses
• Collaborating with other departments to meet IT needs
• Researching and recommending new technologies
• Leading the IT team and managing staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in IT operations and management
• Strong knowledge of network management and troubleshooting
• Experience in project management and IT strategy development
• Excellent understanding of IT security and data protection
• Proficiency in technical support and helpdesk management
• Ability to manage IT budgets and expenses effectively
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Certifications in ITIL CompTIA or other relevant areas is a plus
• Ability to stay updated with technological advancements
• Proven track record of implementing innovative IT solutions
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
